Project Description: Here you will find excerpts from different writing samples I have completed. At the end of each excerpt, there is a link that will direct you to the full writing. I had the opportunity to write 6 stories – three for Extension Daily and three for Auburn Family. All stories can be found on my blog as well as in my magazine TURNING Point.
Auburn Family: The Importance of Going ALL IN with Involvement: College is believed to be the best four (or more) years of your life and during those years you truly learn who you are as an individual. Through the people you meet, the opportunities you experience, and life lessons you learn, college creates skills and memories that last a lifetime. What contributes to making college the best four years of your life, though? Diving all in with your involvement. "Involvement allows students to find their niche and get plugged in with a group of people they might have never met through their high school or sorority/fraternity. You form friendships from all corners of the Auburn community and begin to build your network at an earlier stage than most people do."Full story.

Whether triggered internally or externally, stress can mentally and physically affect our bodies. What most people do not know is how to reduce the stress in their lives. The simplest answer is exercise. Full story.
